- Head SE along the road for 4.5km. Just before the radio mast fork right (933273). After 800m fork right again past another radio mast to a dead end. Turn right along farm track to a gate. (932260)
- Turn left and contour round across field to a marker, then descend a stony path to a gate. Turn left and descend through a gate to a sharp right bend. Join a tarmac track. At junction take the bridleway climbing up then descending past the golf course to a tarmac road. Turn left to junction at (946249)
- Turn right then immediately left past church. Just after flag pole take bridleway right down and up to a farm track (955251). Turn right bearing left. At next junction turn very sharp right to some stone houses. Pass between two houses on the left into a cobbled courtyard and onto a zig-
zag singletrack leading to the car park in Todmorden. - Turn right along the A646 for 500m then turn left into Woodhouse Road. Cross river and climb to a T-
junction at (953234). Turn left and stay on road to Manikoles. Turn right onto a bridleway and follow it for 2.5km to a junction at (983250) - Fork right and climb up to farm gate. Follow bridleway to Rake Head and descend to x-
roads at (988262) Turn right, fork right after 100m and descend to houses at (997264) - Turn right then left, then right under the railway bridge to Hebden Bridge Station. Join A646 left for 1.2km. Immediately after crossing river turn right past church. At sharp bend in road go straight on onto bridleway leading alongside river to Jack Bridge. (962281)
- Turn left to z-
bend, go straight on along farm track past farm to house at (950280). Turn right through wooden gate and climb to farm track. Turn right and fork right after 100m to reach T- junction at (939287) Turn left past transmitter mast to road at (935273). Turn right along road to return to start.
