- START GR 082392—Car Park on Moor above Harden
- Turn left out nof the car park. After 500m take a bridleway left (080395). Follow the track and turn nleft at the wall to a X-
roads at (065387) - Go straight on forking left after 150m. After 2km, and 180m before the A629, turn left along a bridleway to Sugden House. Pass the farm house and go through a gate turn right then left across field to another gate. Carry on along walled track and eventually join the B6144 at (064363)
- Turn right for 550m, then left onto a bridleway and follow this SE to a road junction (063356). Cross B-
road to another bridleway heading NE for 1km to B6144 again. Straight on into Hallas Lane. Descend to the bridge then join a minor road and climb to a T- junction at (080366) - Turn right for 350m then very sharp left. Follow the track round and down into Wilsden (092366).Turn right along road for 200m then turn right into Smithy Lane. Join a bridleway parallel to stream turning right to meet a road at (095371)
- At T-
junction turn right for 500m. At barn turn left and descend through farmyard to housing estate. Follow estate roads to meet the A650 at (1153760 Turn left, and just before bridge turn left onto Beckfoot Lane, past Golf Club to a ford, then climb to B6429. Turn right and descend steeply turning first left up Altar Lane - Follow the lane for 2km forking right to the road at (079396). Turn left to return to the start.
