- START GR 943774 Car Park in Buckden
- Cross the B6160 and take the road opposite to Redmire. 300m after crossing the river turn right up a marked BW. Climb steeply up to a fork at (933768). Fork right and follow markers. Continue to top (It gets steeper and steeper! Get off and push.)
- Go through gate and descend steeply keeping wall on right. 200m from trees bear left then sharp right through gate to join a good track down to the road at Litton Hall. (907741)
- Turn right and follow road up valley to Halton Gill. Just after telephone box (879767) take the good track on the right through a gate. Climb very steeply past z-
bend and up to flat summit below trig point. Go through gate and descend into Langstrothdale keeping Hagg Beck and trees to your right. - Turn right at the road and straight on at Hubberholme to return to Buckden and the start.
