- START GR 947323 Car Park on Moor
- From the car park head ENE along a track. At the end of the woods fork right and right again to descend towards the stream (955322) Cross the bridge and continue on this track past Walshaw for 5km to a diagonal T-
junction at (987299) - Turn right and after 800m turn very sharp left to meet the road. Follow the road to the A6033 at (993281). Follow the A-
Road to the A646 and turn right through Hebden Bridge. After 1km and just after the bridge turn right past the church. At a bend (983275) trend right up a track following the river Colden Water. - Stay with this track as far as the road at Jack Bridge, then turn left and follow road to junction at Blackshaw Head.
- Bear W along the road for 2.5km. Turn right onto the bridleway which runs past the radio mast (935273). Keep straight on at T-
junction for 300m then turn left through gate onto bridleway. Descend grassy/stony track to another gate Keep straight on across very boggy land for 400m to reach the end of a farm track at (943293) - Turn right and follow the track descending past buildings to a junction by the stream. Turn left and climb steeply up to a road at (960290)
- Turn left and climb up past houses to a gate keep straight on over the ridge and down through another gate to the reservoir. Turn left round the house & copse then cross the dam. Turn right onto concrete track leading to the road at (947323)
- Turn left to return to the start.
