A mixture of tracks and minor roads.
- START GR751860 Car Park on B3212
- Follow the B3212 to (730854) and fork left past Thorn and Middlecott. Turn left and up here. Just over the rise at (710865) turn right onto a bridleway to Great Weeke. Turn left and follow minor roads to Chagford church. Turn right and immediately right again forking left at (704880) to meet the A382 near Sandypark.
- Keep straight on up to (721903) where a sharp right turn leads onto “The Hunters Path”. Fork left after 200m and climb to Sharp Tor. After 750m take a narrow fork right steeply down to a road leading to Fingles Bridge. Follow the track to a road at (742888)
- Turn right and take the first road left. After 600m take the bridleway left past Bowden Farm to reach the road again at (753880). Turn left to a T-
junction after 1.2km then right to a track left at (763879) follow this to the road skirting Mardon Down. Follow the road taking the first right for 200m to a grassy bridleway over the down. Follow the track to the farm and on to the road at (787876) - Turn left along the road for 450m then take the bridleway on the right to Steps Bridge. Turn right onto the road and immediately right onto a track. Fork left and climb to another track and follow this onto a farm drive to meet a good track at (810869). Turn right.and follow minor roads past Blackstone Rock to a junction at (774862).
- Follow the B3212 back to Moretonhampstead.
